Excerpts from Don Giovanni ( in Italian ) and The Magic Flute ( in German ) with a duration of 8, 18 or 43 minutes ( the best moments from the Don Giovanni and The Magic Flute performances). The performance may take place in the theatre hall ( Art Deco style ) in Žatecká Street No. 1, or in a restaurant or hotel, on lookout terraces, in theatre halls in Prague, the Czech Republic, EU countries or other countries. For large congress activities it is possible to accompany the excerpts with film screening ( e.g. Stavovské Theatre in 2000 ) designed for large productions (600 – 3000 people).
The making of puppets for both individuals and groups ( number not limited ) in the Art Deco theatre club in Žatecká Street No. 1, Prague 1, anywhere in Prague, the Czech Republic, EU countries or other countries. The workshop takes place under the supervision of an experienced visual artist. The client may choose a puppet from 15 types of traditional Czech marionettes. Each puppet is fully functional with a size of approx. 25 cm. The workshop also includes the demonstration of operating the finished puppets in a traditional family theatre setting. Clients may create their own settings in the theatre portal and their own scene designs.
Includes the making of puppets by the client (6 pieces in total ) under the supervision of a visual artist. The program also includes the delivery of a theatre structure plus scene designs ( dimensions of 100 cm x 80 cm x 25 cm ).
Description A program for clients who want to become, for a short time, a puppeteer in the world famous puppet opera Don Giovanni. Under the supervision of an experienced puppeteer, the client will be trained in acting a separate scene (with Leporello and Don Giovanni marionettes). The client will also learn more details about the puppet – the puppet’s production process plus the puppet’s operation technique. After the training, he client will act the final scene on the stage of the National Marionette Theatre together with a professional puppeteer and music accompaniment.
A program for both individuals and groups held in the hall of the National Marionette Theatre in Žatecká Street No. 1, Prague 1. Constructed in 1928, this extraordinary and world-unique theatre space can be used only for puppet performances and is designed in Art Deco, an important Prague architectural style. During the program, the client will be acquainted with the theatre’s history, with the productions of the National Marionette Theatre, with technical facilities, scene designs, puppets and properties from all of the theatre’s productions. The program also includes a special exhibition – the museum of old historical Czech marionettes.
A program for clients who are interested in having a separate photograph session with all the puppets of the Don Giovanni production in the theatre space of the National Marionette Theatre. You will be required to use your own camera.

Mozart composed specially for Prague "opera of operas" Don Giovanni, which premiered at the "Stavovské" Theatre, and he personally conducted. That was in 1787. National Marionette Theatre presents this exceptional opera in a unique version of the classic puppet theater, in the stylish costumes and stage performance marionettes. This production celebrates Mozart's time and environment in the form of authentic eighteenth century. Performance is played in Prague in a unique architectural space art deco style and is staged in the original Italian about two hours.

Centre of Czech Puppeteers / National Marionette Theatre performs in Prague, at the theatre “Říše loutek” (The Kingdom of Puppets), Žatecká Street No. 1, Prague 1 - Staré Město (a side entrance to the Municipal Library building), near Old Town Square at the crossroads of Žatecká Street with Kaprova Street.

The theatre is easily and conveniently accessible by transport : it is situated 50 metres from the metro stop “Staroměstská” (line A) and 100 metres from a stop of trams no. 17 and no. 18 and the bus stop “Staroměstská” of bus no. 207 on Jan Palach Square
